The group operates under two operating segments: pharmaceuticals and chemicals. Pharmaceuticals segment develops, manufactures and markets pharmaceutical products. Pharmaceuticals product range comprises therapeutics, which includes prescription drugs for a variety of indications, diagnostics, which includes laboratory diagnostic devices and reagents as well as imaging. The chemicals segment offers a wide range of specialty chemicals, including additives and instruments, coatings and sealant and electrical insulation. The group has operations in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia.
